At BuyTopia, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we fulfill all orders through Roposo Clout, our refund and return process strictly follows their policies.
Eligibility for Return/Refund

A return/refund is only applicable if the product is:

Damaged or defective on arrival

Incorrect (wrong product, size, or color sent)

Missing items from the order

Change of mind or dislike of product is not covered.
Return/Refund Window

Customers must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
Process

Contact us at buytopia.in@gmail.com with your order ID, product images/video, and reason for return.

We will forward your request to Roposo Clout support team for verification.

Once approved, Roposo Clout will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

After product inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Timeline

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items like innerwear, beauty products, or personalized/custom items are not eligible for return/refund (as per Roposo Clout’s guidelines).
